Social Media Researchers

Job description

Are you a natural born social media crawler? Do you enjoy scrolling down social media timelines? Then keep on reading.

Twitter Counter is a leading SaaS product in social analytics, so social media basically runs in the DNA of our company.

We’re currently looking for two Social Media Researchers for Twitter Counter’s new project – We’ve developed a tool that helps our team send personalized messages to a targeted audience, to test with which content they engage better. This tool and the messages sent through it are critical elements in deciding the future directions of the product.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Define the audience: we have more than 2,000 beta users eager to receive meaningful and actionable notifications related with the social media accounts they’re tracking on We want to tackle small groups at a time with a different type of notification: suggesting various actions such as accounts to track, content to post, engagements to perform and more.
  • Research and conceptualize the campaigns: before shooting any message, you’ll need to do some highly-efficient research on your audience’s Twitter and Instagram accounts and find out what recommendation / trigger to action might work for them. You can consider yourself their social media invisible coach. You will need to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time to get them to notice it and to act.
  • Write and send the best engaging notifications: we’ve developed a tool that will help you perform this task efficiently, but you need to be creative enough to write engaging and highly valuable notifications.
  • Analyze and report the results of the test campaigns.
  • Write the playbook. Your successful campaigns will be automated and become a part of the product. You will instruct our product team what it is that worked, and how to build the algorithm which will take over from you.

What We Offer:

  • Paid 3-month internship (1 full day/week or 2 half-days/week)
  • Free lunch
  • Team time 2x / week (playing Playstation or Nintendo Switch; coffee outside the office or just a break to enjoy each other’s company)
  • Freedom to invent and innovate. Your initiatives will have endless room to become realities.
  • A small, international and FUN team. To us, it’s more than just a workplace… it’s a passion.
